Rarely seen in Australia at this price, the Yamaha YUX(PE) was manufactured entirely in the original Yamaha piano factory in Hamamatsu, Japan. They were the upgrade to the basic U3 models and one of the last fully Japanese made U series pianos. Often regarded as the best full size piano that Yamaha ever made, they had the famous X back tuning system, making these pianos one of the most stable and precise acoustic pianos ever made.
 
Manufactured in the highly sought after ‘Golden Era’ for Yamaha, this piano was built in the original Yamaha Piano Factory in Hamamatsu, Japan which primarily operated between 1968-1988. Following this period, China emerged as the next piano manufacturing economy causing Yamaha to switch to cheaper manufacturing processes in Indonesia into the 1990s and right up to today.
 
The piano have been through our rigorous refurbishment process including a full dismantle, exterior clean and detail, full regulation of the playing mechanism, keyboard and pedal mechanisms. Following refurbishment, the piano was reassembled and fine tuned to A-440 Concert Pitch.
 
The piano will come with our full 15 year warranty giving you complete piece of mind.
