~ Fully Restored 1964 Mid-Century Danemann Piano ~
Standing at a convenient height of 122cm, this rare ‘Mid-Century’ styled piano is rarely seen in Australia. With super trendy mid-century styling including angled side panels and corners, as well as a butterfly veneer patterned top panel.
Manufactured in the now highly sought after ‘Mid-Century Era’, this piano was built in the original Danemann Piano Factory in London, England which primarily operated between 1954 - 1984. Following this period China emerged as the next piano manufacturing economy causing many European piano manufacturers to switch to cheaper manufacturing processes. These classic and stylish mid century styled cabinets were gone forever after then.
The piano has been through our rigorous refurbishment process including a full dismantle, exterior clean and detail, full regulation of the playing mechanism, keyboard and pedal mechanisms. Following refurbishment, the piano was reassembled and fine tuned to A-440 Concert Pitch.
