Manufactured in the highly sought after ‘Golden Era’ for Yamaha, this piano was built in the original Yamaha Piano Factory in Hamamatsu, Japan which primarily operated between 1968-1988. Following this period, China emerged as the next piano manufacturing economy causing Yamaha to switch to cheaper manufacturing processes in Indonesia into the 1990s and right up to today.
This piano was previously owned by a family in Melbourne as their practise piano for their children. It has been meticulously tuned and maintained by us for the past 10 years. We therefore know the piano inside and out and can confidently say that it easily has 50 more years of life left in it!
The piano has been through our rigorous refurbishment process including a full dismantle, exterior clean and detail, full regulation of the playing mechanism, keyboard and pedal mechanisms. Following refurbishment, the piano was reassembled and fine tuned to A-440 Concert Pitch.
The piano will come with our full 15 year warranty giving you complete piece of mind.
