What an absolutely stunning instrument this is, a rare ‘G.Zimmermann’ player piano fully restored to factory specifications. Manufactured in the original G.Zimmermann Piano Factory in Leipzig, Germany in 1922 this is one of the highest quality vintage player pianos you are ever likely to find.
With a stunning and extremely unique cross grained Mahogany cabinet this German unique player piano is the most beautiful player piano we have ever seen. With its striking mahogany cabinet, player piano would have almost certainly been a custom order when it was new.
The player piano mechanism as well as the piano mechanism, pedal mechanism and keyboard have all been fully restored, the piano and player piano work perfectly. As a unique addition, the player piano also has a Mandolin Rail installed allowing the music to be played as a fun ‘saloon’ style honky tonk!
In addition to the player piano, the standard piano playability of this piano is also of very high quality with a deep and warm tone typical of a quality European made piano.
The package also includes the fully restored original mahogany player piano bench, as well as 100 player piano rolls.
