This stunning Yamaha U1BL upright piano has just arrived in our Hobart store after having been fully refurbished by us in our on site workshop - for a detailed video of what this process involves, please see the ‘Restoration’ page of this website.
Manufactured in Hamamatsu, Japan in 1990, this piano is in absolutely immaculate condition both inside and out. With classic gloss ebony finish, the piano stands 121cm tall and comes with a third 'practice' pedal for quiet playing, when needed.
The Yamaha U1 series is very popular due to being 121cm tall, it gives families a less imposing option than a 131cm model, but with the feel and performance of a full-size piano.
The U1BL is comparable to a brand new U1PEQ, which now retails for in excess of $14,000 AUD, making this piano an excellent option for new piano buyers.
