~ Fully Refurbished Kawai CX4 Upright Piano ~
This piano has just arrived in our Adelaide store, has now been fully refurbished and is now ready for its new home!
Manufactured during the highly sought after ‘Golden Era’ for Kawai, this classic CX4 model was built in the original Kawai Piano Factory in Hamamatsu, Japan. Following this period, Indonesia and China emerged as the next piano manufacturing economies causing Kawai to switch to cheaper manufacturing processes at a new factory in Indonesia from the early 1990s and right up to today.
The Kawai CX4 stands at a convenient height of 110cm tall and is considered to be one of the best compact upright pianos manufactured in the golden era for Kawai. This model had a lovely mid century styled walnut cabinet that is in excellent condition after having been repolished in our workshop.
