This piano has just arrived in our Adelaide store, has been fully refurbished and is now ready for its new home!
Manufactured in the highly sought after ‘Golden Era’ for Yamaha, this classic U2 series model was built in the original Yamaha Piano Factory in Hamamatsu, Japan. Following this period, Indonesia and China emerged as the next piano manufacturing economies causing Yamaha to switch to cheaper manufacturing processes at a new factory in Indonesia from the early 1990s and right up to today.
The U2F stands at 127cm tall and is considered to be one of the best upright pianos manufactured in the golden era for Yamaha. This model was offered as an upgraded version of the standard smaller U1 series pianos.
