This beautiful and classy vintage German ‘Blüthner’ Aliquot Grand Piano was manufactured in the original Blüthner Piano Factory in Leipzig, Germany.
Featuring a stunning fully repolished European Dark Rosewood cabinet, this piano is a true 1 owner, originally purchased by a vocalist from Harrods in London; it was later transported to Australia when the family moved to Toorak Gardens in Adelaide in 1985.
An absolutely amazing instrument with a rich, warm and beautiful tone, this piano has Blüthners ‘Aliquot’ scale, adding a 4th string to the treble section which resonates off the main 3 strings.
The piano has undergone a tasteful restoration in our restoration workshop in Adelaide. This involved a full strip and repolish of the exterior cabinet and restoration of the original ivory keyboard.
The frame, strings and soundboard are all original, keeping the authenticity of this piano alive. It has a beautiful rich, warm tone typical of a high quality German vintage grand piano.
