This piano is a really unique find in Australia; a beautiful 1908 Gerbruder Knake ‘Art Noveau’ Upright Piano. Manufactured from European walnut; this beautiful, classy piano would suit either a period style or modern home as a wonderful feature piece.
Standing at 132cm in height, this stunning piano is not only a beautiful musical Instrument but also a stunning work of art. With its classic straight lines, to its fold out music desk and ivory keyboard this stunning piano was manufactured in the absolute golden era of European pianos.
The piano features a full iron frame, overstrung scale and full underdamper playing mechanism. The piano plays perfectly, has a lovely warm and mellow tone and is fully tuned to A440 concert pitch.
