~ Kawai CE7 ‘Mid Century’ Upright Piano ~
This classic Kawai CE7 ‘Mid Century’ compact upright Piano was manufactured in the original Kawai Piano factory in Hamamatsu Japan in 1978.
This era of Kawai Pianos were essentially bulletproof, completely manufactured using high quality Japanese parts and labour prior to when Kawai made the switch to cheaper manufacturing processes in Indonesia.
Finished in a lovely open grain walnut cabinet, this Piano provides not only a reliable quality musical instrument but also an aesthetically pleasing furniture piece.
The piano features a full iron frame, overstrung scale and full underdamper playing mechanism. The piano plays perfectly, has a lovely warm and mellow tone and is fully tuned to A440 concert pitch.
