Fully restored inside and out consisting of over 250 hours in labour, including a full internal rebuild and complete repolish in our piano restoration workshop in Adelaide. This piano is a really unique find in Australia; a beautiful 1924 model Wertheim Gold Scroll Upright Piano. Manufactured from European burl walnut and Tasmanian blackwood ; this beautiful, classy piano would suit either a period style or modern home as a wonderful feature piece.
Standing at 134cm in height, this stunning piano is the full concert upright version that Wertheim manufactured between 1911-1926. not only a beautiful musical Instrument but also a stunning work of art. With its classic straight lines, two tone cross grained cabinet, solid hardware and ivory keyboard this stunning piano is an absolute work of art.
The piano features a full iron frame, overstrung scale and full underdamper playing mechanism. The piano plays perfectly, has a lovely warm and mellow tone and is fully tuned to A440 concert pitch.
