Wertheim pianos, a famous and historic Australian made piano brand are known for their high quality and rich, clear and warm tone. Wertheim pianos gained recognition for their craftsmanship and were praised by many famous pianists throughout the late 19th & 20th century.
 
Tastefully restored in our piano restoration workshop in Hobart; this piano is a really unique find. A beautiful 1922 Gold Scroll Model with stunning ‘Art Deco’ styled cabinetry manufactured from both Tasmanian Blackwood and European walnut.  
This piano has been completely dismantled and restored from the ground up. This has included a full rebuild of the playing and and keyboard as well as a full regulation and tune to A440 concert pitch.  
The piano now plays perfectly like the day it left the factory floor in 1922 and as such will come with our full 15 year warranty.
 
Together with its lovely Art-Nouveau cabinetry including two tone Tasmanian Blackwood and European Walnut, this piano is an absolute work of art. It would suit either a period style home or modern home as a beautiful feature piece.
