This piano has just arrived in our Hobart store and is in near immaculate condition inside and out. It is possibly the best U3A example we have seen!
A late model 1984 example manufactured in the highly sought after ‘Golden Era’ for Yamaha, the Yamaha U3A(PE) was the last fully Japanese-made Yamaha U series model to be built in the original Yamaha Piano Factory in Hamamatsu, Japan. In order to remain competitive, Yamaha switched to more economical manufacturing processes at a new factory in Indonesia from the early 1990s and right up to today.
The U3A(PE) is a high-quality and popular upright piano from Yamaha. Comparable to a brand new YUS3, which now retails for in excess of $18,000 AUD, this near immaculate U3A is an excellent choice for pianists of all levels and would be a perfect alternative for the new piano buyer at a more affordable price than a new piano.
